Opening for Business Development Manager for MNC Company
Location - Bangalore
Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - 2 - 4 years in Sales/Marketing/BDE in Education/Training Sector
Salary - upto 30k - 40k p.m
Job Description :
- Business developmentof various services offered, and client acquisition to enhance business growth & profitability and help the management achieve its Business plan.
- Identifying prospective corporate clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
- ManagingKey Accountsto generate repeat orders.
- Working with multiple sectors for business generation through training programs.
- Monitoring sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue targets.
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services pertaining to selection of right products.
- B2B sales experience must.
- Interacting HR and L&D managers for sales of the training programmes.
- Driving sales efforts for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary and achieve business excellence.
- Devising & effectuating competitive sales programs to improve the product awareness and ensure enhanced brand visibility.
- To ensure that revenue targets are met on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for payment collections.
- To generate other cross sales activities with Academy and other business streams.
- To organize public training programs.
- Responsible for profitability on trainings organized.
Marketing:-
- Direct marketing through seminars & workshops.
- Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies.
- Territory mapping & market segmentation to identify new customer groups to market various products & increase market share.
- Promotional activities through Digital marketing tools.
