Inviting applications for the role of Salesforce Quality Analyst

In this role, you will participate in the implementation of a Salesforce-based originations system for a leading Equipment Finance organization.

You will partner with other stakeholder teams across functions to develop and implement solutions in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review design specifications to ensure understanding of the project
  • Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage
  • Develop, document and maintain test cases, including data and the scripts used
  • Execute and evaluate manual / automated test cases and report the test results
  • Identify any potential quality issues and communicate these to the team
  • Isolate, replicate and report bugs and verify bug fixes

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Ability to work in teams, good communication skills and with experience in an onshore-offshore model
  • Understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce architecture and concepts
  • Prior experience testing the Salesforce platform
  • Ability to write clear, detailed test plans and test cases

Preferred qualifications

  • Desired experience in web services testing
  • QA certifications
