CPG Analytics, Data Scientist

Role:
Innovation team involves building In-House solutions for Supply chain, finance and commercial organization of the CPG Industry. We are looking for a Data Scientist who would be responsible for the creation of new Data Science capabilities for the business by envisioning and executing strategies that will influence improvement of the business performance by enabling informed decision making of our CPG clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Influence machine-learning strategy for a program/project, explores design options to assess efficiency and impact, develop approaches to improve robustness and rigor.
Ability to use deep learning techniques for NLG, NLP tasks such as language modelling, question answering model and chatbots.
Identify opportunities to apply latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI to the field of finance/operations.
Hands on experience in time series modelling with well-versed ARIMA, SARIMA, ARIMAX, ARCH, GARCH, TARCH, Dynamic Regression, Prophet, Hybrid models etc.
Experience in OCR technologies
Create algorithms to extract insights from large, multiparameteric datasets.
Design, develop and implement analytical solutions using a variety of tools and techniques (Python/R, NLP, Supervised, Unsupervised algorithms).
Defining dashboard narratives using advanced NLG techniques
Generating Python automated scripts for digitalization processes.
Ability to create model for AI conversational chatbot using advanced techniques.
Minimum qualifications
8-15 years of experience in applying Machine Learning (supervised and unsupervised), NLP, NLG and Time Series forecasting techniques.
Hands on experience in programming language and cloud platforms Python, R, Azure ML, Azure
Experience producing high quality code,tests ,documentation.
Able to handle the Data Science project end to end
Soft skills

Analytical skills Good understanding of algorithms and logic that goes behind coding the application
Data analytical, thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Strong problem solving and project management skills
