Effective collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end products & features
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements
Estimates efforts, identify risks, devises and meets project schedules
Debugging/Troubleshooting and fixing issues in production environment by working with all stakeholders
Runs review meetings effectively and drive the closure of all open issues on time
Perform functional, design and code reviews in related areas of expertise with-in team and cross-team
Mentors/coaches engineers to facilitate their development and provide technical leadership to them

Responsibility of low level project planning and scheduling for the project.
Manage a set of senior and junior developers and be responsible for delivery to specific clients at different geographies.
Responsible for the directing, counseling and mentoring project team members on technology development

BE, B. Tech from a reputed university
Experience 9 + years proven track record of development and design work in the IT industry with 4 + years in a Technical leadership and product development role
4 + years working on a large n-tier Java/J2EE applications with rich and interactive functionality
Strong product development experience in building large scale distributed systems
Experience and knowledge of open source software, frameworks and broader cutting edge technologies around server side development in Java
Should have excellent programming experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Excellent knowledge of MVC architecture and UML
Understanding Functional Specification document and design and develop Software components based on specification.
Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment
Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities is must
Basic understanding of frontend technology
Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Should be self driven and have technical leadership skills to breakdown overall milestones to detailed measurable technical tasks / deliverables
Knowledge of Commodities Business, Derivatives (Futures and Options), contract management, international shipments and documentation would be an added advantage
Experience with Multi-tenant applications on cloud will be a big plus Skill Sets Java 8+, OOAD, HTML, JDBC, Javascript, ExtJS, UML, J2EE 1.7 technologies, JMS, XML, Web services, REST, Ajax, Spring, Hibernate etc.,
Strong knowledge and application of design patterns
Strong in data structures and algorithms concepts
Distributed computing and distributed caching technologies like Spark, Flink, memcache, redis, etc
Strong design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, caching, business & data layers)
Good experience in Messaging systems like JMS/Active MQ/Rabbit MQ/Kafka
Good experience in performance tuning of Java/ J2EE applications
Good knowledge on NoSQL databases, preferably Mongo DB
Good knowledge in web/application servers (Jetty, JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic)
Good knowledge in Service Oriented architecture, Webservices, Microservices
Good knowledge in versioning tool like github, svn
Understanding of Application security and cloud security principles
Exposure to cloud computing, machine learning will be added advantage.
Exposure to Relational Database : Oracle, MySQL Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Electronics, Masters Level and (or) PhD can be an added advantage.
