Roles and Responsibilities

We are having Job Opening for Ghansoli Navi Mumbai for senior Associate Logistic on Contract on MMK Pay Roll - further extendable.

Location: Ghansoli Navi Mumbai

Designation: senior Associate Logistic

Experience: 03 to 05 Years - with Logistics and Supply chain Management Experience.

JD for senior Associate Logistic:

1. Looking after daily logistics service requirement and arranging services as per requirement
2. Checking requisition and taking clarification from requisitioner for further arrangement.
3. Checking freight rate availability / getting quote from transport service provider for freight rate negotiation and reverse auction arrangement
4. Setting up reverse auction system for on line freight bidding arrangement by service provider
5. Issuing vehicle placement order to service provider as per requirement
6. Coordination and follow-up with logistics service provider for logistics service requirement.
7. Monitoring vehicles in transit to ensure material delivery as per transit schedule.
8. Coordination with buyer, supplier, exim team and project team to arrange for on time service as per requirement.
9. Maintaining vehicle placement tracker and Transportation MIS preparation.
10. Freight invoice Inward and invoice processing tracker
11. Verifying Invoices for transport and express cargo services.
12. Maintaining tracker and arranging Note of Approval
13. Coordination with service provider for getting invoice as per format for processing payments
14. Generating SAP related entries like PR, WO and Service entries.
15. Coordination commercial / HRIR and accounts payable for getting payments released
16. Vendor Master: New vendor registration / Extension / E mapping arrangement.

Maintaining Insurance tracker for lost in transit / damage claims

Duration: 1 Yr. Contract Extendable Further on MMK Enterprises Payroll

Education :B.Com.
