Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources
We are looking for Human Resource postgraduates with relevant business HR, Talent Management experience with a sound knowledge of hire-to-retire employee lifecycle and HR processes and should have a good understanding of digital & technical skills.
In this role, you will be encouraged to work in a high-paced business environment and be at ease while dealing with ambiguity.
Prior HR Talent Management experience in the IT/Digital businesses with C&B / HR Data Analytics & Insights / Big Data Management / Transformation experience will be preferred.
Should be open to work with stakeholders across different time zones as per the business requirement, and ability to research and adopt industry best practices.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Collaboratively Design, develop and deliver Talent Management strategies / projects for Digital/ IT/ Cloud employee base with higher focus on mobility, skills transformation, talent management and C&B related activities for the business
Co-create outstanding solutions by sharing outside-in view across industries. Partner and provide efficient solutions/approach to HR Leadership
Collaborate with the Business, Verticals and other functions to validate content accessibility, relevance and applicability
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate (any stream)
Certified HR Practitioner with Project Management expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Post-graduate in human resource management from Tier-1/2 B-school
Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel
Digital and Transformation skills Savvy
Agility to work and deliver on multiple projects leveraging the project management experience/execution expertise
Passion and drive for Big Data Management to derive meaningful insights and propose design principles
Highly collaborative & yet self-sufficient
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner closely with different stakeholders
Creative thinking/innovative mind-set
