Job Description
Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable Shared Services
In this role, you will work on daily, weekly, Monthly reporting for I Learn as per business requirement
Responsibilities
As part of the AP Shared service team, resource will be responsible for conducting audits for Account Payables processes (Invoice processing, Manual & Scheduled Payments, Vendor Master Data).
Implementation of AP process controls on various accounts under different verticals.
Creation of continuous control testing environment.
Identify the gaps in the control and articulate the risk in the issues.
Discussion with internal stakeholders to explain the gaps and remediation recommendations.
Support process design improvements initiatives and manage it at a central shared service level.
Contribute to people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training.
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and communication skills including the ability to research and understand complex processes and effectively communicate them to interested parties.
Demonstrate superior relationship building and relationship management skills
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.A., B. Com with relevant experience in AP processes under Operations, controls assessment with a good understanding of business processes.
Understanding of emerging technologies such as the system of engagements, digital tools, cloud infrastructure, etc.
Preferred qualifications/Skills
Good communication interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of risk, compliance & audit framework.
Good understanding of various tools/ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Genpact Cora, Akrtiv etc. will be preferred.
Self-starter who is performance and quality oriented.
Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure.
