Title : Tendering & Estimation Engineer, Pune
Designation : Tendering & Estimation Engineer
Location : Dapodi Pune
Experience : 5 - 8 Yrs
Salary : 30 - 35 K
Job description :
- Data analysis estimation engineers gather data, visualize it, and analyze it in an effective manner, including putting the data analysis into presentations for stakeholders and upper management
- Strategic planning skills estimating the cost of an entire project requires strategic planning and thinking
- Technical documentation used for estimating costs
- Strongly analytical estimation engineers are strongly analytical, analyzing every piece of information they receive
- Collaboration estimation engineers collaborate with the different teams working on a project, including engineers, marketers, and project management
- Estimation for Commercial,Infrastructure
- Preparing BOQ, Work Orders & updating the same in the ERP software
- Reconciliation of theoretical & actual consumption of all materials at various stages
- Co-ordination with Purchase Dept & Contracting Dept for clearing purchase orders, work orders resp.
- Site visit for tracking of project completion & Estimate accordingly.
- Preparing WBS in ERP Software task wise with material & labor quantity. Estimation Engineer (Tendering)
- Studying BOQ items & Preparing Rate Analysis accordingly.
- Quantity Surveying based on drawing
- Regular site visits to track extra items other than BOQ.
- Reconciliation of RCC & finishing items.
- Reading & Studing Autocad Drawing,
- Studying tender items"ation comparison
- Experience in rate negotiation with contractor, evaluation &
rating - Preparation of payment schedule for sub-contractor
- Site co-ordination & site visits for continuous improvement of knowledge &bill checking (Sub Contractor & Client Billing)
