Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Cora Ops360 Citizen Development Lead
Cora Ops360 is Genpact s biggest ops transformation platform which drives radical transparency and insights to drive outcomes by enabling its users access data points in real-time, connecting them behind the scenes, and then adapting their operations at speed and with precision. Operating with collective intelligence from our huge client base, Cora Ops30 helps its users see their business from every angle to uncover opportunities for getting better. Cora ops30 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction and (3) insights to drive business outcomes.
Building on the AWS platform allows us the ability to engage Operations to innovate on top of this platform. We want to enable those closest to clients with deep understanding of the operation challenges to solve new and unique challenges using low-code / no-code capabilities under a broader Citizen Development framework for Cora OPS360. Citizen development will help us improve speed, agility and transparency by making it possible to continuously adapt the product to constantly changing workflow requirements and data needs. There will never be enough trained software developers to meet the demand in Cora OPS360. And that s where the practitioners who are closest to the business needs get trained, coached, and empowered to innovate on top of Cora OPS360 architecture and UI.
Responsibilities
This role will focus on implementing citizen development for Cora OPS360 in Genpact. The lead here will define the frameworks and methodologies to manage the governance process, oversee the collaboration between stakeholders, and embed the organizational structures that underpin citizen development.
- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation, standardized processes and cutting-edge technology to Cora Ops360 Citizen Development.
- Design and implement the overall framework and governance process while working with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Be aware of market trends/changes/competitive landscape
- Able to work independently in a cross cultural environment, panning different time zones
- Deal with senior leadership and their second line to sell the value proposition
- Drive overall success of citizen developers and ensure meaningful contributions towards overall Cora OPS360 roadmap
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Excellent communication verbal and written
- Strong Presentation skills
- Consultative selling
- Creative thinking/innovative mindset
- Commercially Savvy
- Exposure to BPO industry/F & A domain with overall ex of 8-10 yrs
- Prior experience in creating and executing digital solutions in citizen development set up
- AWS / Service Now App Engine / Power BI knowledge / Power Automate knowledge
Preferred qualifications
- F& A background/domain
- Strategic partnering roles
- Prior experience in building apps in a BPO tech environment and business landscape
