Job Description

As an Engineering manager you'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, solving technical issues that arise, communicating with other teams and acting as an overall leader for the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver technology products in Banking and Payments Industry.

- Build scalable, available, and supportable processes to collect, manipulate, present, and complete Micro services application in a production environment

- Articulate problem definition and work on all aspects of application including understanding of data sources and data destinations.

- The expert technical architect has implemented micro service-based architecture and understands best practices to optimize performance

- Set up and configure AWS/Google Cloud/Azure Cloud

- Implement agile- methodology in product delivery while managing a large team of developers

- Ownership of product delivery, project planning, documentation, productivity of developers and resolving bottlenecks quickly

Eligibility

- Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or related field , 4 - 6 years experience working as Engineering Manager with tech companies

- Managed a team of 25+ developers in the past

- Preferable experience on Java, Node Js and Go Lang

- Knowledge of financial services / payments / banking industries preferred
