Performance Tuning at instance and query optimization.
Support High Availability and DR Architecture, including Always-On, Mirroring, Log Shipping, Clustering and mirroring.
Capacity Planning.
Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications.
Prepare documentation and specification.

Required Candidate profile

Mandatory skills:
Strong proficiency in MySQL database management.
Experience with replication configuration in MySQL.
Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
