Desired Candidate Profile
1. Primarily responsible for achieving Area performance targets
2. Fee income growth
3. Arrears and dishonour management
4. Effective implementation of a high performance sales culture
5. Primarily responsible for all loan applications approved within the area including timely completion and approval within quality parameters determined by the company's lending policy
6. Responsible for meeting with Branches regularly including performance reviews with Managers and meeting with filed staff directly to discuss their own performance and ambitions and to discuss progress and barriers to performance success in order to manage outcomes.
7. Overall responsibility for effective recruitment and training and development for staff in this region.
Education:
UG: Other Graduate
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
