Job Description:
Company Profile : The Newly built start up multidivisional organization having diversified interests in Ethical Formulations, Nutraceuticals , Healthcare, Herbal Products and Herbal Plants
Position : Sr. Product Manager /Product Manager
Purpose : To Develop Marketing Strategy to achieve the desired result for the Division/Company
Location : Delhi/NCR
CTC: 7 to 12 lacs/ annum Negotiable for the deserving candidates.
Competency required:
Graduate with MBA/ Diploma in Marketing Management.
At least 5-8 years of Marketing experience
Demonstrated experience in launching and building new brands.
Experience in shaping and implementing innovative brand solutions.
Exposure to Herbal Products & Nutraceutical /Nutrition is mandatory.
Collaboration with market /brand agency
Candidates having Experience in web selling /online selling will be considered as a point of preference
Key Result Area / Responsibilities :
Defining purpose for selecting the brand for campaign.
Develop the marketing plan to execute the campaign.
Maintain the expense to sale ratio to meet profitability.
Regular Training / Cycle meets for KAMs for effective execution of particular campaigns.
Develop and Implement marketing plan to achieve sales target and improve profitability of the organization.
