Job Description

1.End to End recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, Scoping, and on boarding candidates. 2.Sourcing of Candidates via interent, postings, networking, headhunting and internal database. 3.Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates. 4.Conducting preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews and short listing candidates. 5. Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates. 6. Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely 6. Effectively built relationship with Employees 7.
