Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Manual Tester
Responsibilities
- Need someone who is curious and likes to perform root cause analysis with minor supervision.
- The true value add of this role is to really drill down and identify the root cause of particular data issue.
- Experience with agile projects
- Analyze data in order to find areas of opportunity.
- Assist in the recruiting process.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Create reports to track progress.
- Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
- Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
- Monitoring all operations that affect quality
- Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate
- Should have decent experience in testing in terms of testing life cycle, testing documents, defect life cycle, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Should have decent experience in testing in terms of testing life cycle, testing documents, defect life cycle, etc.
- Comfortable working with distributed team members.
