Job Description:
Create high quality graphic designs (posters, banners, social media designs, etc.) for multiple clients on the basis of design briefs
Create basic logos, website hero images and landing pages
Maintain the basic minimum turnaround time for each design and work under a strict timeline for all the deliverable
Coordinate with the co-founder to make more concrete quality norms
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to smoother the design input and delivery process
Assist the co-founder to increase the team size and improve the current process of design creation and delivery.
Good understanding of colour combination and typography (especially English, Hindi & Gujarati)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Power point &amp Corel Draw. Web designing skills and knowledge of MS Excel will be a plus.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati is preferable.
