Do you want to be part of driving enterprise agility across our organization through truly innovative learning journeys Do you have an in-depth understanding of what coaching, consulting and training employees need to adopt and embed agile ways of working Do you have several years of strong experience in shaping, owning and delivering agile training initiatives or have you been a product owner in a related field

For the new Agile Academy we are looking for a strong product owner responsible for one of the different learning journeys to:
provide the vision and direction for the specific learning journey pod by setting the strategy, roadmap and own the pod s objectives and key results (OKRs)
create, together with your pod, an innovative and high-quality role-specific learning journey for one of the agile roles (e.g. product owner, pod member, crew leader) including curriculum design, learning formats, key milestones, life-cycle management and certification process
deeply understand the learning needs of the different agile roles and act as their voice of customer to prioritize the backlog in terms of capabilities, epics features and user stories
mitigate impediments, build alignment across the crew and act as your pod s ambassadors towards other pods, stakeholders and clients
foster a team culture and fully empower pod members to fulfill their potential

Your team
You ll be working in the UBS University Agile Academy crew. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts that develop and deliver above-class, commercial differentiating learning journeys to equip all UBS colleagues with the knowledge and skills to embed the unified model of Ag**e@***. The academy is where our employees attend courses and seminars, track their learning journeys and are supported through agile coaches helping them become true agile practitioner and leaders. The academy also sets standards and provides certifications for all core agile roles.
,strong experience as an agile coach, product owner in a related field or managing learning and organizational development programs and initiatives
proven theoretical and practical knowledge of agile project methodologies, objectives and key results as well as experience with agile transformations or organizational change initiatives
strong business consultation, customer orientation and stakeholder management skills on a global level
team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality and a true agile mindset
fluent English, any other language is considered a plus
experienced trainer and workshop facilitator
