Inviting applications for the role of Product Owner
- Experienced Product Lead owning one or more applications end-to-end from requirements gathering to managing cross-functional teams and project execution. Requirements gathering process, analyze requirements & identify gaps, where possible, propose alternate approaches based on current & future digital trends and organization goals & dynamics
- Experience in Leading the product development and partner with regional stakeholders, development teams. Ensure functional, non-functional, and technical requirements are captured, organized, approved by all stakeholders. Track the requirements closely and stay in complete control throughout the life cycle of the project
- Experience in creating functional specifications, user journeys, and process flow diagrams and iterate through approvals
- Experience in creating Project plan, manage the project schedules & budget and ensure on-time on-budget delivery
- Champion Agile development cycles, authoring and testing user stories
- Experience in creating Documenting user journeys and track the requirements on: Rally, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
- Experience in creating in conducting User Acceptance Test phase by creating a User Acceptance Test plan, authoring test user stories, participating in the testing phase
- Foresee and alert risks to management, risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Create status reports and deliver clear communication across all stakeholders
- Focus towards improving the efficiency of the development team and facilitate team members for better creativity. Remove all impediments as they arise. Schedule and arranged daily meetings, demos, decision-making processes, and retrospective meetings. Assist a product owner to maintain product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next Sprint.
- Responsible for end-to-end configuration & delivering projects, providing reports and dashboards with various development teams & leadership.
- Responsible for the Agile tool strategy, roadmap and execution plan, data quality within the Rally tool.
- Responsible for analyzing, implementing, testing, and/or supporting technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team focused on over-delivering to the customer s expectations.
- Work across businesses and drive improvement initiatives identify easy opportunities, assimilate standard methodologies and help speed up implementation of the same in accounts.
- Participates in developments within agile teams, promotes the values of agility: collaboration with our users, adaptability to change, quality of product software and efficiency of interactions between the different actors
- Participating and driving the testing process including defining and executing unit tests, supporting QA team with the development of integration and regression tests.
- Executive communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility (Openness to Change) - Adapts efficiently to changing plans and priorities - Is open and flexible when faced with changing circumstances
- Must have a customer service demeanor
- Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
