Inviting applications for the role of Manager IT Solution Architect
In this role you will be involved in solution design for customers and will be part of our Global team who design BPM Technology (Infrastructure, Equipment, and Design).
Responsibilities
Central Point of Contact to Deliver Solutions, covering networks, VDI/EUC, Contact Centers or Voice Service, Cloud Service/ Integration Services across service lines at Genpact
Partner with IS team - deal stage and contract stage ensuring compliance/ adherence to the standards:
Secure Sign Off from the SME groups for complex deal solution submissions
Conduct Customer Design Workshops
Assist with the specification and design of infrastructure systems, determining the scope of the solution appropriate architecture and design deliverables to be produced
Use of Genpact Information Security Systems and information technology in order to deliver innovative business solutions
Provide a solution design authority, supporting the realization of project deliverables defined in the solution
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Demonstrate reuse and conformance with the standards and reference architecture emerging from our Enterprise Architecture Framework
Travel availability up to 40%
Ability to lead customer workshop (presentation abilities, communication skills, etc)
Ability to work independently
Preferred qualifications
Good communication skills
