Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Digital Solution Architect Multiple Industry areas
Working as an integral part of our customer-facing teams, the Digital Architect will partner with regional and global clients to provide advisory and enterprise solution architecture services. Responsible for the effective embedment of digital solutions that enable Genpact to deliver significant business value and tackle problems whilst ensuring long-term sustainability for our customers.
The role entails articulation and creation of efficient, enterprise solutions that require the candidate to demonstrate significant skill across the full solution lifecycle, including enterprise architecture, system integration, data modeling, risk management, commercial acumen, contractual writing, governance processes as well as project management and delivery.
The applicant will develop solutions that improve Genpact deal win ratio & margins. Such solutions will require extraordinary interpersonal and team-working strengths as well as people leadership, in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management.
The applicant will be comfortable working with customer business teams to understand the key drivers of transformation, helping build and process and technology roadmaps to deliver solutions where digital technologies can be deployed and coordinated with existing customer technology landscapes to generate business impact for our clients. As an experienced communicator, the applicant will be able to articulate technology strategy, value, and impact through the deal-cycle and support the creation of market-facing collaterals that reflect groundbreaking thinking in products and services.
Responsibilities
- Conversant in the full spectrum of technology and business systems
- Responsible for win rates, value monetization, and NPS
- People management and mentoring
- Responsible for working with business to understand the key drivers of transformation, and for helping us build and overall roadmap to deliver value to our clients
- Identify and tackle for customer and industry problems
- Generate business impact for our clients through articulation of technology strategy during deals, and creation of market-facing collaterals, that reflect cutting edge thinking in products and services.
- Ability and ownership to build tailor made, technology driven BPM solutions
- To be able to design a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should understand how process, technology, analytics and AI can be shown to address client needs
- Partner with best of breed technology vendors in to launch new service offerings
- Understand the role of User Experience in the overall transformation success story
- Get along with analysts and establish Genpact as a global leader in Insurance services
- To bring industry knowledge, best-in-class capabilities, innovation and ground breaking technology to our to help them raise their performance to new heights.
- Develop industry leading tech solutions - become newsworthy among Global providers
- Represent the tech solutions in public forums; conceptualize and develop thought leading content
- Supply to defining and executing on the domestic and global strategy
- Focus on market development, outstanding execution frameworks, bundling of technology & process to accelerate strategy execution
- Work with the Internal teams by collaborating and staying ahead of the curve when it comes deadlines.
- MBA / Degree in Computer Science / Technology or equivalent professional certification
- Program or project management certification
- Architecture certification, e.g., TOGAF
- Software deployment or development certification
- Proven track record with consulting and deployment experience preferred
- Prior solutioning and consulting experience
- Industry experience in at least three of the below:
- Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, Health, Hi-tech, Manufacturing services
- Candidates should demonstrate an end-to-end understand of at least on industry sector along with the process and technology domain across the back, middle and front office systems.
Immersive experience in at least three of the following key areas:
- Enterprise or line of business systems deployment
- System and data integration products and platforms
- PaaS/SaaS finance business tools
- Automation and Orchestration
- Analytics and Data management
All candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the emerging digital technologies and trends across Automation, Analytics and AI.
Systems knowledgeApplicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge in each of the following areas:
- Enterprise systems from vendors like SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft
- Industry specific applications like Guidewire, SeQuel, Sapiens, Legacy IBM/CSC/PMSC mainframe
- Line of business applications from vendors like Esker, OmPromt, Tungsten, Ariba, HighRadius, Blackline,
- Orchestration and automation vendors like Pega, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IBM Busines Automation Workflow/Blueworks, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, Workfusion
- Contact Center applications, like Genesys, Five9, NICE, AWS Connect, Cisco Contact Center
- Superb interpersonal skills verbal and written
- Strong Presentation skills
- Consultative selling expertise
- Business analysis or consulting background
- Creative thinking/innovative mind set
- Strong discernment and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors
- Ability to drive more effective customer interactions through the use of innovative technologies, lead project scope discussions and provide informational recommendations.
- Ability to understand the key drivers of transformation for business systems & users, and based on these drivers, architect and implement technology-driven solutions to clients/ business
- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
- 40% travel, minimum
