R1RCM Global (Accretive) - Graduate

Designation: Analyst/Senior Analyst

Role Objective

To bill out medical accounts with accuracy within defined timelines and reduce rejections for payers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Candidate should be Graduate (BCA/ BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc. /Btech/ BBA/ BHM/ MBA/ MCA/ MSC)

24*7 Environment, Open for night shifts

Process Accounts accurately basis US medical billing within defined TAT

Able to process payer rejection with accuracy within defined TAT

Identify process improvement opportunities to help reduce AR days and payer rejections

Qualifications

Graduate in any Stream

Skill Set

Good on Communication Skills

3 year of total experience with minimum 1 year of US healthcare Experience, preferable RCM knowledge

Basic Computer Knowledge
