Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Revenue Share Project Analyst
In this role, you will engage with Operations, Finance and Revenue Share project teams to recover revenue from its partners. You will be working with the customer teams to drive execution of revenue share contractual obligations for improvement of the cash flow to the business.
You will be responsible to understand as-is process, identify process gaps and improvement opportunities for the existing revenue share recovery process. You will be responsible to understand current operational landscape and business model, process deep dives to understand technology landscape, key metrics, data flow, tools and pain points.
You will also be engaging in supporting the business in implementation of new revenue share recovery contracts.
You will design detailed solutions and recommend next steps for implementation and change management.
Responsibilities
Be the primary contact for the project engagement and share timely updates on the project status
Engage in revenue share contract execution, deep dive analysis and contract flow down
Evaluate revenue share agreements & contracts for completeness, accuracy & timeliness
Support system audits, report key findings to the business on a timely basis
Identify quick wins and propose recommendations for the prioritized opportunities
Support the business on simplification & transformation projects
Support the business in new process set-up & system implementations
Create & analyze process maps, data flow diagrams to identify process gaps and pain points to identify missed recovery opportunities in order to improve cash flow
Coordinate with functional teams to drive solutions for key customer issues
Create effective partnerships to improve and ensure sustainable revenue share recovery processes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain from an accredited
university or college
Good experience in operations, finance, business analytics positions
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, ability to document, plan and
execute programs
Demonstrated use of project management skills and metrics to achieve program goals
Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building
skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Preferred qualifications
Demonstrated understanding of the financial/commercial impact of projects
Demonstrated ability of presentation skills and knowledge of MS office suite
Demonstrated data analysis skills and root cause analysis
Strong Business Acumen, Analytical capability and data modelling
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence customer and peers
Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma / Process Improvement activities
