Job Description
Responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in video creating and editing in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and an ability to design and storyboard.
- Strong conceptual thinking, and design skills.
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (explainer videos, Social Media Videos, marketing demos, etc.)
- Should be able to understand the requirements and translate them into quality deliverables.
- Prepare storyboard for motion graphic project (If needed)
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design.
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
- Researching tools and trends and implementing best practices in animation and motion graphics.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Bachelors degree in design or equivalent educational qualification
- Good communication skills.
- Strong visual aesthetics in design, colour, typography and composition.
- Strong Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Audition skills with proven experience in motion graphics.
- Professional experience in designing brand identities, graphic design, typography, social media and a good understanding of animation principles.
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined output in a short time.
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- 3D modelling and animation experience is a plus using Cinema 4D or an equivalent 3D package
- Advanced understanding of the entire production and editing process.
