Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Project Management
In this role, you will be responsible for PMO of Technology Applications Services. You will be part of PMO team which defines process to be followed, ensures process are followed, ensures data is right in various systems and dashboards, publishes various metrics on regular intervals, conducts Toll gate reviews, Reviews with leadership teams etc.
You are expected to be firm, detail oriented, technically sound with PMO and Project management experience.
Responsibilities
Evaluate projects from technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure various laid down checks have been performed.
Ensure BRD and RTM is properly documented
Analyze Unit test cases for sufficiency and completeness
Analyze UAT test cases for sufficiency and completeness
Analyze QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness
Drive accurate impact analysis for projects
Ensure requirements are captured properly in RA
Ensure bugs are resolved before moving to Prod
Ensure application meets performance parameters before going live.
Ensure tool is architected well
Conduct project review meetings with PMs
Ensure learnings from project are document well before closure.
Drive project governance
Provide weekly/ daily/monthly updates to key stakeholders.
Ensure data in systems around various project parameters are maintained in systems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.Tech/MCA
Experience of Waterfall and Agile Project Management
Program Management
Risk Management
Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management Standards & Methodology Waterfall and Agile
PMP, Agile Certification
Expert in any one technology which is widely used like SharePoint, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SaaS applications etc.
Preferred qualifications
Implementation/Coding experience
Knowledge of Oracle ERP
