Are you looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Agile Coach
In this role you will serve as an Agile coach to various IT teams within the company for agile adoption.
Responsibilities
Coach IT teams in agile methodology
Integrate related PM methodologies within the company
Develop standards and requirements for the agile process
Provide training to employees on the agile process
Help teams navigate agile tools and software like Azure DevOps
Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in to use Agile and DevOps
Planning of Projects/ Iterations/ sprints/releases
Conduct scrum ceremonies as per sprint/release cadence - epic grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint demonstrations
Provide MIS such as Utilization tracking, Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting
Compliance and audit to keep a check on accuracy of inputs on Azure DevBoards
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Graduation / Postgraduate in any stream
Knowledge of agile and scrum practices with experience in using Azure DevOps
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and written skills
Flexible to work in any shift
