Inviting applications for the role of L1 Monitoring - Operations
Responsibilities
- Individual with good understanding of Cloud technologies & should be willing to learn new Cloud Computing technologies like Azure & AWS.
- Monitoring the Azure Cloud tickets and work with corresponding teams accordingly
- Monitor the Azure Security score and inform L2 team to take appropriate actions
- Assist the new joiners in project onboarding
- Updating the required documents as per the new process
- Candidates willing to work 24*7 shifts are preferred
- Candidates should have good communication skills and email writing skills
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors Degree required
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
