Job Description

Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Relevant Experience: 8+ years

Notice Period: 0-30 Days

Job Description:

Architect and engineer new processes, systems, and automation pipelines towards continuous integration (CI), secure continuous delivery (CD), and configuration management (CM).

Skills and Competencies

Required:

• Experience building solutions in AWS
• Experience using Terraform, HELM, or other infrastructure as code solution
• Experience using Docker with Swarm, Kubernetes, ECS, or HELM, to build and orchestrate applications
• Fluency in at least one computer scripting or programming language
• Experience using IT Security best practice and tools to protect infrastructure

Good to have:

• Experience and demonstrated success in DevOps engineering roles
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems, preferably GitLab
• Fluency in BASH or Python
• Experience with Agile software development processes and practices
• Background or previous position in software engineering/development

Responsibilities:

• Directly support developers with CI/CD, Gitlab, AWS, and other DevOps services
• Implement and maintain Terraform code for AWS workloads and infrastructure
• Implement and maintain Gitlab CI/CD pipeline code for software lifecycle automation
• Administer Gitlab to support developers, their projects, and CI/CD automation
• Inventing new solutions to CI/CD and software lifecycle problems
• Integrating new services and middleware to support CI/CD
• Address security findings and bugs in our infrastructure and DevOps services
