Understanding of IIS environment will be added advantage

Job Description

Lead and mentor developers through coaching and sharing of knowledge

Ensure coding and security guidelines are met

Capable of working independently or minimal supervision

Implementation & reconstruction of existing web application

Report the progress of work to reporting manager and team

Knowledge of PHP will be preferred

Conduct meetings on software designs and applications and code reviews.

Actual experience in codingwill be preferred.
