Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant DevOps Engineer, Operations
We are looking for a candidate to stimulate the DevOps process and manage the deployments across the project.
Someone who has good understanding of java or C# projects and resolutions needed to fix code errors. In this role, you will
migrate the existing deployment state to use containerization tools, while also driving the DevOps discipline to enhance
the Continuous Integration and Deployment methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and managing the complete data processing pipelines
- Identify, document and promote best practices.
- Refactor existing solutions to make it reusable and scalable.
- Ability to work individually and across teams.
- Delivery focused flexibility in accommodating project milestones.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- B.E. Computer Science / MCA
Preferred qualifications/skills
- Excellent educational background, Masters in IT (or equivalent), Bachelor s Degree in Computing or Engineering.
experience in the IT domain (preferably within Financial Services)
- Understanding of full development lifecycle for small to large-scale systems.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge on Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Transporter, Strela
- Knowledge of Shell Scripting, Power shell, Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of Groovy, Java
- Knowledge of Web/API based automation
- Knowledge on CICD setup (Terraform/Guiderails preferable)
- Should have worked on setting up & troubleshooting Kubernetes Clusters
- Help teams in migration from monolithic application to Micro-services using containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior experience in automating CI/CD process, platform services using open source tools
