Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-C#
In this role, you would be primary responsible for development and some design of web and desktop applications based on .NET technology. We will work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into Client needs.
Responsibilities
- To talk to business and other stakeholders as and when required.
- To coordinate with testers and other technical stakeholders to ensure E2E delivery.
- Take the ownership of some services in front office area.
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc.
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Develop, design, maintain and support Server side applications
- ImproveRefactor existing software
- Should be capable to handle live incidents
- Ability to execute sophisticated tasks with high quality and minimal handholding
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- C#, .Net Developer with 3-15 years of development experience
- Minimum 2-3 year relevant experience in .Net or .Net core server side programming as last relevant experience.
- Hands on .Net framework experience with strong O OPs and C# understanding
- Hands on exp. in WCF and windows concept
- Good in SQL concepts
- Requirement analysis and design principle understanding is required
- Good in unit testing and debugging concepts
- Should be good in communication and should be able to delivery e2e stuff independently.
- Exposure to financial markets is an add-on (nice to have not must)
