Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Cora Ops360 Insights & Analytics
Cora Ops360 is Genpact s biggest ops transformation platform which drives radical transparency and insights to drive outcomes by enabling its users to access data points in real-time, connecting them behind the scenes, and then adapting their operations at speed and with precision. Cora ops30 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction, and (3) insights to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Consultant - Providing thought leadership and best practices related to Process Automation, Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning Solutions to Cora Ops360 platform. Identify specific capabilities, practices, tools, and people that the Insights group would need to design and develop Cora Ops360 capabilities.
- Lead Solutioning - Conceptualize and develop relevant Predictive analytics solutions for Cora Ops360. Envision opportunistic areas with target users by demonstrating relevant and credible Predictive Analytics solutions and paradigms. The role may entail carrying out a high-level assessment of Analytics readiness and creating the associated analytic benchmarking which may ultimately converge into a specific Predictive Analytics roadmap
- Engage in Pre-Sales Collaborate in response to RFI/RFPs when it comes to Cora Ops360 insights and predictive capabilities
- The Cora Ops360 Insights & Analytics SM/M is expected to be a statistical, technology specialist who can understand requirements from the business /functional perspective and bring analytics solutions to life. The right candidate should have prior experience in the development and delivery of analytics solutions.
- Delivery on Insights Engine Solution Roadmap in conjunction with other technology specialists
- Testing analytics solutions; provide inputs for UX for insights consumption
- Maintaining and refining insights engine for better accuracy and results
- The Cora Ops360 Insights & Analytics SM/M is expected to be a statistical, technology specialist who can understand requirements from the business /functional perspective and bring analytics solutions to life. The right candidate should have prior experience in the development and delivery of analytics solutions.
- Exposure to Statistical Toolkits such as R, Weka, MATLAB, etc.
- Proficient in Python/R programming skills. Java programming skill is a plus
- Direct involvement in working with large volumes of data and coding predictive analytics models (i.e. LSTM, RNN, SVM, decision tree, clustering, logistic regression, linear and non-linear regression).
- Knowledge of Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, Torch, Theano
- Experience in analytics solutions creation/coding experience in verticals such as Pharma, Consumer Goods, Hi-tech, Manufacturing, Insurance with relevant experience in delivering analytics on large structured and unstructured data corpuses
- Good knowledge of concepts in Automations, Machine Learning, Statistics, esp., in their application to learning from large data sources.
- Understanding of Graph DB and tools such as Neo4j etc.
- Understanding of NLP, NLU, and Machine learning/Deep learning methods
- SQL/NoSQL, MS Access, databases
- UI development paradigms that would enable Text Mining Insights Visualization, e.g., Adobe Flex Builder, HTML5, CSS3
- Linux, GPU Experience
- Spark, Scala for distributed computing
- Previous experience with Auto ML, IBM Watson, etc.
- Understanding/experience with the Google Cloud Platform/AWS/Azure and other Big Data solutions such as Cloudera
