Designation: Field Sales Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch 2 Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT 3 Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area 4 Submitting Daily call reports to reporting manager 5 Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc. 6 Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition 7 Generating sales from Low Utilized Element with in the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization COMPETENCIES (Functional/ Behavioural)Functional Competency:Achieving sales target, Establishing and maintaining working relationships, Providing management with market feedback Behavioural Competency: Enthusiastic and Proactive, Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, Demonstrated Team Player attitude, Ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
