Engineer - Network Support @ CMS IT

Job Description

1.Create and review changes for Network Configuration/
2.Handling daily operational calls and troubleshooting Incidents. Provide RCA for the incidents.
3. Upgrading IOS of Router, Firewall & Switches as and when required.
4. Hardware upgradation/ replacement at DC and DR.
5. Preparing and implementing change plan for changes in DC and DR infrastructure.
6. Implementing new links, connectivity for existing and new customers.
7. Participate in DR Drill Activities and move traffic to DR for specific application.
8. Participate in Customer DR activities.
9. Ensure Daily backup of All Router, switches and Firewall.
10. Device hardening and ensure each device is part of monitoring tool.
11. Managing IP Inventory across DC, DR and Customers.
12. Manage Network Device Inventory & update diagrams regularly.
13. Coordinating with Vendors for configuration support, troubleshooting and hardware replacement.
14. Participate in POC activities.
