Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst- Commercial Analytics
We are looking for an operations lead who would be responsible to lead business intelligence and analytics projects . The business analyst will be responsible for working with lead business analysts to deliver end to end business intelligence and analytics projects working closely with lead business analysts.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team analysts to deliver to lead analytics delivery fPrioritize projects and resource allocation without compromising on customer experience
Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service
Establish and implement best practices
Support business development activities like proposals, response to RFx initiatives
Manage and mentor team members
Project staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment to on-board new team
Drive organizational goals with the team
Manage offshore operations including solutioning, contracting, resourcing, billing and program management
Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US based medical devices client
Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution
Support to build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
Conduct extensive assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture
Identify areas of innovation
Guide offshore developers and data architects in implementation of solutions
Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
Strong understanding of commercial operations and analytics of pharmaceutical, medical device organizations
Healthcare industry/professional experience as an analyst
US healthcare commercial industry/professional experience as an analyst.
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as, the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Preferred qualifications
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
