Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Hardware Asset Management
End to End responsibility of the Hardware Asset Dispatch Management across India
Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain an Efficient Workflow should have great organizational skills
Responsible for coordinating between different function to ensure smooth & surprise free operations and service delivery daily
Meet all SLAs defined for the domain Ticket closures on time, TAT of deliveries, timely record updating, user experience co-ordination with user, escalation management.
Maintain & sharing daily, weekly & monthly reports to showcase domain performance
Work at creating efficiencies improve the current process through implementation of new Supply chain methods & process.
Identify gaps in current and propose new solutions
Proactive communication with senior management and others involved in the supply chain process.
Active Liaoning with various vendors to extract SLAs
Liaison with vendors for Packing of material and timely movements
Ensure Vendor SLA tracking as per agreed SLA norms. Negotiating orders and delivery terms with both suppliers and vendors
Ensure all the escalations are proactively identified, addressed, and closed with documentation.
Ability to identify engagement issues/risks and the confidence to pursue solutions with ley internal or external stakeholders
Responsible for handling service requests in ticketing tool and ensure timely updates on repeated touch points in the ticket
Work closely with inventory teams, Logistics and Businesses
Report out performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates and issue progress to Internal IT leaders and internal stakeholders
Maintaining error free database and documentation and Dashboards
Timely email responses, and resolving the queries to stakeholders
Partner with internal Audit teams to help enhance processes, systems, and teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience by conducting deep dive analysis, identifying issues & fix it with a sustainable solution
Manage client facing delivery teams, leading and mentoring team towards professional services mindset
Using logistical software to coordinate both incoming and outgoing shipments
Using organization and prioritization skills to delegate tasks to warehouse employees daily.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized University- Bachelor s Degree in Logistics, Business Management, Commerce, Transportation Management, or a related field
Preferred qualifications
Robust HAM experience preferably having hands-on experience on Vendor management, Logistics management Experience in logistics, inventory management.
