Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Salesforce Commerce Cloud.Responsibilities:- Work in a highly collaborative team environment with an always-evolving mixture of active collaboration and quiet-time passionate about project advancement and self-learning.
- Work with key business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand goals, enabling capabilities and success measures for digital initiatives.
- Develop relationships with key business stakeholders / Product Owners to understand key initiatives-priorities-themes-epics.
- Utilize Design Thinking and business process modeling techniques to facilitate feature / story definition. Act as the functional subject matter expert in the assigned domain.
- Primary person responsible for story decomposition and elaboration; actively collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners to build out the Agile backlog in your area of focus.
- Knowledgeable about the B2B Commerce product feature set, use cases, and industry verticals to which they apply.
- Experienced in custom development on Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML
- Be able to build Custom UI Web Components on B2B Commerce & Custom functionality on Salesforce.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications:
- BE/MBA/M.Tech.
- Typically requires experience in lighting.
- Good Knowledge of Cloud craze extension points and configuration versus customization tasks
- Exposure to B2B Data Model and OOTB Capabilities
- Exposure to B2B Lightning &/Or Salesforce Order Management
- Experienced in integration of systems using web APIs Experienced in Salesforce configuration and administration
- Be knowledgeable of cross-cloud capabilities and solutions to drive customer value.
- Work with customer teams to promote maximum use of native capabilities throughout the entire implementation and release lifecycles.
- Be able to implement commerce best practices for our customers B2B commerce sites.
- Support project team to ensure Salesforce B2B services are properly engaged with both the Customer and Customer implementation teams or Systems integrators.
- Understand customers commerce success metrics and help drive (fit for purpose) solutions to achieve results.
- Review and implement customer projects as per the available artifacts e.g. scope documents, requirements, design documentation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile squads implementing web / mobile / eCommerce solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Rally, JIRA).
- Certifications in Salesforce Platform.
