Inviting applications for the role of PA, Sales Commercial _ Customer Service
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling client orders.
Are you the one we are looking for
Responsibilities
Punch orders based on sales request form (automatic or manual)
Responsible to perform any amendment or modification in an existing order by way of allocation stocks or date changes based on customer requirements
Responsible to create order based on Sales Forecasting and ensure stocks are moved from Warehouse
Respond to customer inquiries by properly handling mailbox and problem escalations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Freshers are eligible
Good English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
