Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, LSS Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying & analyzing GB project opportunity in existing processes where LSS methodologies can be implemented, Execute and assist in supervising LSS project
Responsibilities
Identify GB project Opportunity in the existing process
Running of requirements gathering workshops with internal & external customers
Analyzing and capturing requirements
Detailing requirements
Applying various LSS tools on GB qualified & approved project by Business Leader to achieve the desired efficiency gains and increased customer happiness
Be able to assist in coordinating Program / Project Management activities for supervising the progress of a GB/MBB project at a time
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate/ Post Graduate MBA /B-Tech or any other fields with Analytical
Relevant experience
BPO / Shared service experience
Must be flexible with work timings
Has working knowledge of MS office
Preferred Qualifications
GB certification
F&A Domain Experience AP / R2R / AR
Prior experience in having led projects Digital, LSS, Domain led, consulting, analytics, preferred
