Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Indirect Procurement Specialist
In this role, the selected candidate will be working as a AP account executive where the key deliverables would include managing day to day business operations of invoice processing however not limited to the same
Responsibilities
- Creation of purchase requisition, purchase order in Oracle and / or SAP
- Amend PO s and make changes as per service center, field engineer
- Follow-up for PO or POR approval as per SOD or delegation levels
- Work with supplier for vendor (KYS) documents
- Work with vendor onboarding team to drive closure on vendor information changes
- Work with supplier or AP team in case of any invoice related issues
The skills required for the job are:
- Candidate must have experience in Indirect Procurement
- Should be willing to work in the night shift s US time zone
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel and MS Word)
- Verbal and written skills should be very good
- Must have eye for detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent team player
