- Good Hospital success and OTX experience.

- all operational issues like Distribution, Effective coverage, Productivity, Sales efficiency. motivating them to work effectively.

- Responsible for Primary & Secondary sales of OTX products.

- To handle complete distribution channel from company ends to Hospitals.

- Implementation of Sales promotion drives including new product launch. Regularly analyzing distribution extension into market for gaps in distribution geographically and product wise and avail products over there.
