Job Description
Urgent Opening in Sales of Life Insurance in Reliance Nippon Life Insurance
Direct Channel- Specific Responsibilities:
Designation - Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager
Specific Responsibilities:
- Represents Reliance life to all customers.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
- Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
- Customer Servicing.
- Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms - Policies & processes.
Agency Channel - Specific Responsibilities:
Position - ARDM/ SR. ARDM - (Agency Recruitment & Development Manager)
- Execution of sales strategy Increases market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
- Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
- Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group/Micro Finance Institution/NGOs etc.
