Job Description

A leading company in Ed-tech segment is looking for the Head of recruitement to develope their Outbond sales team and to Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
Who can work closely with all major departments like sales and account management.
Understand the competitive study for German region and market trends.
Must have exp. of a large number of team handling.
Maintain sales volumes Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing academic programs and new academic programs.
