Position Title: Logistics and Sales Support (On 2 months Contract)
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Gurgaon (Work from Home)

Job Description:
Receive purchase order from customers in India and confirm by return.
Process Sales Order, Purchase Order, Stock and Invoice via Tally.
Prepare shipping document e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin in conjunction with plants and its carriers for customs clearance.
Receive and process Letter of Credit.

Skill Required:
Sufficient communication to manage lead time between customers and plants.
Common understanding with Sales & Marketing Department and Accounts & Administration Department of Order and Invoice status.
