Job Description

Coordinating with distributors for orders, dispatch and payments.
Maintaining sales record.
Maintaining cold storage (Temperature) records.
Doing stock audit and cooperating while external stock audit.
Coordinating with transporters and logistics companies for smooth flow of material.
Coordinating with internal team such as accounts, packaging & sales team for day to day work.
Keeping track for inward of goods and also signing invoices.
Coordinating and negotiating with different vendors.
Maintaining relationship with distributors, customers, transporters and vendors.
Coordinating and maintaining relation with suppliers.
