Site Engineer / Construction Manager for High-rise Building (Navi Mumbai ) @ Le Human Resources

Job Description

BE Civil with 5 to 10 years experience with minimum 5 years proven experience as Project head in contracting Companies.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Commercial acumen and hands-on experience of P&L monitoring & costing.
Conversant with SAP
Familiarity with construction/ project management software
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
