Job Description

Facilitate all scrum ceremonies
- Estimate in story points with the help of Scrum Team
- Refine Product Backlog and create Tasks/Sub-tasks
- Schedule backlog grooming, prepare release plan
- Assign fix version to planned stories
- Keep updated Jira board with revised/actual dates and update sprint status
- Conduct ST and UAT with QA and Business team respectively.
- Schedule sprint prioritization meeting with PO and POD Head
- Should be from Insurance sector having the experience in managing projects related to Distribution Operations, Understanding on Payout process for sales -Commission & R&R processing and Hierarchy Management.
-2 to 4 years in product management
-scrum certified and MBA degree
