Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Previous working experience in IT support for min 2 year(s)
Should be able to handle projects independently
Strong Knowledge in HTML , CSS3 , JAVASCRIPT ,AJAX , JQUERY ,PHP, WORDPRESS , MYSQL , MSSQL ,XAMPP ,WAMP , PAYMENT GATEWAY,
Also should have knowledge in webservers like GODADDY, WINDOWS SERVER R2 and PHP to EXE conversion.
