Designation- Customer Support Executive
Shift- Rotational Shift
Salary - Upto 28K + 30K Joining Bonus+ Incentives+ allowance
Location- Ahmedabad
Roles & Responsibility:-
Interact with customers over phone or chat to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, & Request about products & services.
Follow standard process & procedures redirect problems to appropriate team(if required).
Should be able to serve customers via calls.
Candidate Profile:-
Must be Fluent in English.
Must have experience in international BPO/ international sales.
Undergraduates/graduates can apply.
Able to Work in Night shift.
comfortable with Work From Office.
