The Opportunity
Adobe Marketo is one of the most fastest growing DX business is looking for Exceptional Engineering Manager to join their platform team .Adobe Marketo is B2B Marketing Automation SAAS based solution for Indentifying , Engaging and Accelerating customer experience . In 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Lead Management we have been placed as the Leader . Platform team forms the backbone of the solution right from providing authentication /Authorization layer , exposing Public and private REST /SOAP Api for the resources , Big data Search infrastructure and Resilent Campaign Management.
What you'll Do
You will manage a team 4-6 highly competent engineers and will be responsible for delivering towards the agreed upon road map for the year . In this process you will architect , design and develop fault tolerant solutions , resolve and prevent customer escalations , innovate to add value to customer and colloborate across engineering teams , Product and Program Managers .
What you need to succeed
. Experienced Java Developer , 8 -10 years of writing production quality code in complex environment
. Experience is multiple programming languages and frameworks.
. Experience in Event driven distrbuted architecture systems
. 2-3 years of first level Engineering Manager experience
. Should demonstrate expert level Skills in more than 1 of the below areas
. Security developer , skilled in Oauth / SAML /SSO , API security
. SOLR , Kafka , Spark , Akka framework , DB skills
. Spring MVC , REST & SOAP API design and development
. Strong System design Skills
. Public cloud Skills ( Nice to have )
