Job Description
Assist the head chef to ensure that all kitchen related operational and health and safety protocols
and procedures are followed at all times to facilitate
The effective and smooth day to day running of the kitchen.
High output of well prepared and presented food
Exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Low levels of wastage through effective stock rotation and control
To contribute to menu planning, Gross profit analysis, Pricing and strategy
To man server counter as requested Prepare food of the highest standard.
High levels of output required to meet customer demand
High levels of food presentation and quality
Assist the head chef with operation of the stock control system
. Maintain a high level of customer service and presentation of staff and facilities.
Ensure the very highest operational standards are upheld with regards to cleanliness, facilities, staff, safety and service times
